Our mission is simple: to arm moms with practical solutions to everyday problems with the goal of making life easier for them and to provide Moms with a supportive space to relax, recharge, and learn how to thrive not just in motherhood, but in life.
The conference theme of Mom U 2020 is “Finding Balance.” We are beyond excited to announce that our keynote speaker is Krista Jones, Founder and Executive Director of Sparrow's Nest. In addition to Krista, there will be 18 workshops, led by experts and professionals that will help you to learn and grow.
In addition to feeding your mind and soul, we will also feed your belly! Yup, you read that right! Your Mom U 2020 ticket includes breakfast and lunch, as well as an afternoon dessert and coffee break, provided by Simply Gourmet!
Our breakfast includes fresh bagels with cream cheese & butter, chef's choice of assorted pastries, fresh fruit salad, coffee, tea, bottled water, orange and cranberry juice.
Our lunch hour with a mixed green salad topped with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, radishes & balsamic vinagrette. The main course includes Cafe sandwiches with roast turkey, ham or roast beef and cheddar cheese, lettuce & tomato on Ciabatta bread (mayonnaise & mustard on the side), Chicken salad with lettuce & tomato on multi-grain bread and Caprese fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions & pesto on Focaccia, as well as homemade potato chips and Quinoa salad as well soft drinks, coffee, tea and bottled water.
