ABOUT ABOUT

"Stop looking at me!"

"Don't touch my stuff!"

"MOOOOM!!!! Make him go away!!!"

"I hate my brother!"

Do any of these statements sound familiar? Do you feel like when you had your second (and third...fourth...fifth??) child, you should have also been issued a black and white referee shirt and a whistle? We are here to tell you that it doesn't have to be this way. We want to provide you with the resources you need to put a stop to the constant bickering, so your home can be a calm environm ent rather than a boxing ring.

Sibling rivalry is very common.Sibling rivalry is the jealousy, competition and fighting between brothers and sisters, and it is a concern for almost all parents of two or more kids. Sibling rivalry usually continues throughout childhood and can be very frustrating and stressful to parents. We can't underestimate these sibling situations...siblings are learning from one another and deep, close relationships that will last a lifetime are forming.

Fortunately, there are lots of things parents can do to help their kids get along better and work through conflicts in positive ways, and we want to make this happen for YOU. We have put together a retreat, tailored just for kids, to keep them active and engaged while giving them the tools that they need for conflict resolution, emotional regulation, mindfulness, team building and more.

Our goal is that your kids’ relationship will eventually develop into a close one. Working things out with siblings gives your children a chance to develop important skills like cooperating and being able to see another person’s point of view. This Sibling Rivalry Retreat is the first step in helping to make that dream a reality.

Our Sibling Rivalry Retreat will take place on Saturday, January 11th at Infinity Gymnastics. We have gathered the best of the best when it comes to teaching kids how to get along and not just survive, but to THRIVE with their siblings.

We are beyond excited to partner with

* Melissa Bianchini, LCSW, Executive Director of  Sensory Stepping Stones

* Darlene Cook, Yoga Teacher and Life Coach

* Ed Stickter, Personal trainer and owner ECS Exercise
